Health Coaching Sessions

Health Coaching offers a chance to have someone in your corner while you implement meaningful changes in your life. A health coach may be your only practitioner or can share space with a multitude of other practitioners you may already work with. Being part of your team, a coach will work hand in hand with you throughout your entire journey. This gives you the one on one attention your transformation requires! 


I offer coaching calls and two coaching program options depending on the structure you desire for your wellness journey! 








Single Sessions


One conversation can go a long way! Need some guidance? If you would like to talk through your habits, routines, diet changes, food replacement options or need some health and wellness tips I am here for you. These calls can be beneficial if you are thinking about getting started and don't know where to begin. You may even be well on your way but feel stuck or overwhelmed. If you are not ready for an extended coaching program but looking for some guidance, support or feedback, I offer consultation calls. Solo session calls are offered as 30 minutes ($45) , 45 minutes ($65) and 60 minutes ($85). Together we will review any aspects of your health that are important to you. Option 1 - Six Month Program.


Looking for long term support for your health journey? Six months is the perfect timeframe to see progress and make sustainable shifts in your life while working towards your health goals. This allows time for you to be supported when life gets in the way. Challenges come up, seasons change, work environments change, vacations and holidays make their way onto your calendar. It is enough time to see a realistic snapshot of your life and support you through any challenges you may encounter.


Option 2 - Three Month Program.


If the six month option does not meet your needs a three month program is the next best thing! Most importantly, it is offering you regular support along your journey of sustainable shifts in your wellness. Three months will give you time to navigate challenges that may arise as you get accustomed to working towards your goals. Regular coaching sessions will keep you motivated and feeling accountable to the goals you have set for yourself!
